After having your body pierced, in order to ensure a continued infection free result, these simple procedures should be followed in the first six weeks.

The following procedure should be used in conjunction with the instructions supplied by your piercer.

1. Cleanse the area once or twice daily WITHOUT REMOVING THE PIECE OF JEWELLERY. The best way to wash the area is to wet with warm water and then place an adequate amount of Rossan's Medi-Wash on to the palm to produce a rich lather.
2. Gently wash the newly pierced area.
3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water to remove all traces of Rossan's Medi-Wash.
4. Dry the area gently by patting with a clean towel or tissues.
5. For pierced skin apply EAR CARE ANTISEPTIC LOTION after drying.
6. The body jewellery should not be removed for six weeks and when it is changed it is always a good idea to seek the assistance of your piercer.
7. NEVER use thinner wire jewellery than that which was recommended by your piercer.
8. All body jewellery should be made of top grade surgical stainless steel or titanium. Avoid cheap quality jewellery as this could lead to infections.

[Avoid contact of Rossan's Medi-Wash in the eyes.]

For genital piercings pay special care to hygiene and the special instructions supplied, at all times, in order to avoid infections.
